 | Does anyone know of a good paintbrush brand that's not too expensive? I'm not hard on my brushes but never in my almost 19 years of life have I found a brush that doesn't shed little hairs into my artwork.  | Oh, if you're looking for good brushes that won't shed any noticeable hairs then look for those white sable brushes for watercoloring. I'm not sure what kind of brand to recommend since I don't use watercolor that much, but I own the Winsor & Newton University Series. They're pretty cheap so maybe you can check those out.
