Full-screen option added to demo board
 | There is another bug in full-screen: on safari and chrome when using the html5/ajax version of Groupboard, sometimes the mouse pointer doesn't draw at the correct location on the whiteboard. This is due to a webkit bug (basically the browser doesn't report the correct offsetTop and offsetLeft values when in full-screen).
