NEW ZOMBIE STORY ADD TOO IT
ZOMBIE NIGHT OUT...
Life... It's nothing if you don't make something of it... You know when that one teacher say's to you " where do you see yourself in 5 years" ... Not being at the bottom of a bottle in a cheap roach motel in the middle of some dank town on a monday night. A train Rails off in the background, horn blowing the dust off the windows stirring up the flies. Oh God not the flies aga... More -posted by IZM at 3 Apr 2012 00:03 |

Well... I guess it all goes back to the carnival, three weeks ago. I hadn't been to one of those in years. A coworker dragged me out there boasting about a freak show like you ain't never seen. I guess I had nothing better to do, and really I was kinda looking to get my fun at my buddies' expense when I saw how lame this thing was. I guess the joke was one me.. It was near midnight by the time we got in. It smelled something awful. Like rotting flesh drowned in chlorine with a touch of perfume.. looking back at it now I probably guessed that one right on the nose. We took our seats in a large tent, and the fat traditionally dressed host started the show.
"Welcome friends, to a show you'll never forget" our host said with a grin that gave me chills. "Our finest yet, I assure you. What you're about to see I can guarantee you my friends, you have never seen before. The strange, the unimaginable, the truely unique amoung mankind. Please welcome, the Amazing Eight!" From behind a curtain, and chained together like a train of criminals stumbling into prison for the first time, came the foulest looking eight people I've ever seen, or smelled. They looked like they had skin that was about to peel off, all eight of them wearing matching suits comprised of just about every colour in a rainbow. What happened next was enough for me to leave without even trying to get my money back. I'll spare you the gory details but it wasn't until some time later, when things got worse, that I realized what I had seen that day. At the time though I couldn't figure out how those men lived through that show. It was on my way out of there, with my buddy chasing me, laughing trying to catch up to me in the parking lot, that I first felt it. That itch in the back of my mind, like a nest of baby spiders crawling out in all directions for the first time. That's when I blacked out for the first time, only to wake in the most unlikely place.. -posted by Roland at 1 May 2012 05:19 |
