1. High quality session recording audio and screen sharing audio in Groupworld
Thanks to the AudioEncoder API now being available in Chrome (and soon Firefox), we have been able to make some improvements to the audio in Groupworld. Session recordings from users using Chrome now have high quality audio, and audio is also now included by default when sharing a Chrome tab using the screen sharing feature.
2. Smooth freehand lines in Groupworld
We have improved the freehand drawing feature in Groupworld (which is the default drawing tool) so that freehand lines are now smoothed by default. This makes the freehand drawing tool now much smoother and more pleasant to use, and it is also more cpu and bandwidth efficient (using one sixth of the bandwidth compared to the previous Groupworld freehand lines, and one twentieth of that used by a major competitor). This results in significantly improved performance as well as looking much better!
The new smoothed freehand line feature is now enabled by default for all customers.

Groupboard has been awarded the "Happiest users award" in 2024. This badge gets awarded to products with happy customers which have a lot of positive satisfaction on Crozdesk, and is only given to about 10% of products.
